1. Service Description
Kiko Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services. We come to your location (home, office, or other agreed address) within our service area to perform interior and/or exterior detailing, ceramic coating, and related services as selected at booking.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are made through our online scheduling system or by phone/email. By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and location information and to be available at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings that fall outside our service area or capacity.
3. Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking (e.g., on completion of service unless otherwise stated). We accept the payment methods disclosed at booking. Prices are subject to change; quoted prices apply at the time of booking unless otherwise communicated.
5. Weather and Mobile Service
Mobile detailing may be affected by weather. We may need to reschedule or cancel outdoor services due to rain, extreme heat, or other conditions. We will contact you to reschedule. No charge will be applied for weather-related rescheduling by us.
6. Liability
We carry out services with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, or for issues arising from factors outside our control (e.g., paint or trim defects). You are responsible for disclosing any known issues before service.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Wisconsin, as applicable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
